The American Association of Insurance Services (AAIS) does not have rigid eligibility criteria for its Commercial Output Program. Any risk engaged in commercial operations is eligible for the AAIS Commercial Output Program (COP). The only exceptions are natural gas operations and electrical generating facilities.
Agricultural Operations are not listed as ineligible, but AAIS has an alternative program that is designed specifically for them. It incorporates many of the Commercial Output features and adds others that address the unique needs of farm-related exposures.

Individual insurance carriers that use this program will establish their own eligibility rules.
